Bring home happiness
|
Dear Ulysses,
Looking for a new best friend? Adopt a pet during Best Friends Animal Society’s national adoption weekend, happening July 22-24!
At this very moment, there are about 100,000 more dogs and cats in U.S. shelters compared to this time last year. Partially because of the pandemic, more pets are entering shelters, fewer pets are being adopted, and shelters are over capacity and short-staffed. But you can help by adopting a dog or cat.
Hundreds of shelters and rescue groups across the country are taking part. Find a participating location near you and take home the furry friend you’ve been dreaming of.
By adopting, you give a lucky pet a home and create space for another one to be rescued. That means you become a lifesaver to two animals in need. Plus, you gain a best friend for life!
Can’t adopt right now? You can also help by fostering a pet or by sharing this email on social media.
Thank you for making this national adoption weekend a lifesaving one for the animals and for all that you do for homeless pets every day. Together, we will Save Them All.
