An interactive oil painting online workshop!

Join us for this informative, fun workshop, and learn step-by-step how to capture the beauty of nature and landscape painting in oils.

We will explore the fundamentals of oil painting ,composition, values, form, and color.

With:  
• Multiple demonstrations
• Plenty of time for questions
• Interaction, and discussion

Along with the fundamentals, additional topics will include choosing reference photos and materials, simplifying the landscape, painting from life, creating mood, choosing your color palette, defining intention, and translating feeling to canvas. Using photographs, sketches, and color studies, participants will come away with the framework of skills necessary to create successful landscape paintings in oil.

This online painting class will be taught using the Zoom platform. Cheap Joe's will record the workshop and upload it to our YouTube channel. Enrolled/participating students only will have unlimited lifetime access to the video following the workshop. Students will receive more specific and log-in information by email prior to the live event.

There is NO refund for any reason if you cancel within 1 week prior, or during, the class.  Sorry, no transfers.  There are no refunds for missed sessions or no-shows.  If the instructor allows the workshop to be recorded, the videos of the class are only available to enrolled, participating, students.  No-shows, or missing more than one session without prior notification, will not receive the link to the recorded videos.  If Cheap Joe's or the instructor cancels the class, you will receive a full refund of tuition, but not other related expenses.  To avoid delays in processing and shipping, please do not put supply orders on the same order as the workshop registration.
